By purchasing, downloading, installing, or playing The Last Factory ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is currently in Early Access (Alpha). This means:
Your Early Access purchase includes all future updates and the final release at no additional cost.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
All purchases are processed through the applicable platform (App Store, Google Play, itch.io, or our website). Refund policies are governed by the respective platform's terms. We do not offer direct refunds outside of those channels.
The Last Factory uses a progressive pricing model. The price increases as major content milestones ship. Your purchase price is locked at the time of purchase — you will never be asked to pay more for content that was part of the roadmap when you bought the Game.
The Game does not currently collect or host user-generated content. If this changes in a future update, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any discontinuation. Updates may be required to continue using the Game.
All content in the Game — including but not limited to code, art, music, sound effects, story text, and UI design — is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not use the Game. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the developer's principal place of business.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Game or our website. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
